Gina Clark, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CEN, is a family nurse practitioner at Peak Gastroenterology Associates' Cascade location, where she treats a broad range of digestive health concerns. Her path to gastroenterology was not a typical one. She started as a paralegal and EMT before becoming an emergency room nurse and later a nurse practitioner, gaining experience along the way in emergency medicine, dermatology, primary care, peri-anesthesia, and plastic surgery and aesthetics. That range of experience shapes how she practices GI medicine today, bringing a broad, whole-patient perspective to every visit.
Clark takes a thorough, unhurried approach to care, making sure patients feel heard and understand their diagnosis and options before deciding on a plan together. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Emergency Nurses Association. She was recognized with the Defense Health Agency Distinguished Civilian Service Award in 2026 for her work caring for military service members, veterans, retirees, and their families at Fort Carson.
